Olympic Systems Corporation is a well established, integrated machining/assembly
manufacturing business, serving customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical,
analytical instrumentation and fluid/gas processing industries. In addition to
it's production capabilities, Olympic Systems has the ability to assist its'
customers in product development, design engineering, and can create complete
manufacturing packages.
Olympic Systems is located in Winchester, Massachusetts. Established in 1983,
Olympic employs 50 people and occupies 21,500 sq. ft. used for machining, welding,
finishing, assembly, warehouse, and administration. Since established, Olympic
has an excellent record of delivering a high quality product to its' customers and
has stayed abreast of new technologies in the industry.

New Product Development - Olympic Systems has the
knowledge to build prototypes of products and devise rapid and economical ways to
bring your product from development to market.
Machining - Computerized Numeric Controls and manual
turning, milling, and drilling of metal/plastic materials. We produce stainless
steel precision-machined components to 10 RA's or less, surface finish.
Welding - GTAW welding: auto/manual of stainless steel
and aluminum material. Resistance spot/seam welding of stainless steel fabrications.
Finishing - Automatic and Mechanical polishing and deburring.
Passivation or Electropolishing to produce a corrosion-resistant surface on stainless steel products.
Assembly - Mechanical and Electrical. If required, we can
assemble, clean, and package in a 1000 Class Clean Room.
